SCL partnered with Stead Construction in the site preparation for a new Foodstuffs New World Supermarket in Wairoa in northern Hawke’s Bay.
SCL undertook site excavation and foundation construction including bulk fill placement and detailed excavation for the supermarket build as well as site drainage construction and carpark construction including landscaping.
We worked within a confined site and utilised local materials to achieve specification requirements. The supermarket is set to be completed by April 2022.
