Project Details:
The project was to deliver the earthworks and civil construction contract for the Turners and Growers Packhouse, which is the largest industrial packhouse in Australasia.
SCL led the delivery of the civil construction works which included: all bulk earthworks, site preparation for the new building, drainage and water construction and lime/cement stabilisation of pavement layers. This included some 75000m3 of cut and imported fill for the project including 4 sediment ponds and associated haul roads.
For this work we were thrilled to win the Hawkes Bay East Coast Civil Contractors New Zealand Construction Awards for Projects valued over $3,000,000 in 2023.
